A 12-foot 6-inch Sage rod for a 6-weight line.  Used once as a demonstration for an angler and caught 5 salmon and 2 sea trout on the North Esk in Scotland in a single day!  This version is no longer made but sage rods today mostly go for £700/800

Caroline Scrase Dickins has recently returned to England from Tasmania, where she and her husband,Bill, operated the awardwinning restaurant, Home of the Artisan.  A champion of supporting local producers, Caroline’s speciality is using inseason produce to provide a wonderful culinary experience.  Caroline is a 30year veteran of the catering and event planning industry, having set up and run her own catering and restaurant businesses in Johannesburg, Sydney and Tasmania. Caroline is now based in Wiltshire, offering clients a bespoke catering and advisory service with recent projects including opening night cocktailscanapés for 600 guests and helping to set up the new cafe at the high-profile new Messum’s Art Gallery in Tisbury.
