Introduction
Our goal within South Wilts Cricket Club is one of producing high quality young cricketers to support the Senior Club for years to come and in doing so support Wiltshire Cricket Limited and it's representative sides.
Much emphasis is placed on both playing and training within a squad environment as well as the developement of the individual. For the forthcoming season we will see continuing group squad sessions, however in addition to this, specific '1-2-1' coaching of individuals is planned.
To enable us to achieve our aims membership to the Junior section is via a structured assessment process. Thereafter successful applicants are invited into the appropriate age group squad. For those unsuccessful with their application then further opportunities exist at our official Club partners Steeple Langford Cricket Club.
