Club Welfare
South Wilts Cricket Club takes its responsibilities toward both its young players and volunteers very seriously.
To oversee and implement all aspects of the ECB's 'Safe Hands Policy' the club has an appointed Club Welfare Officer and a Deputy Welfare Officer Rachel Draper (see below) .
Both have attended Safeguarding and Protecting Children and specific Welfare Officer courses.
Should any player, parent or officIal have any queries, concerns or issues related to any aspects of Child Protection then they should speak direct with the Welfare Officer or in his absence the Deputy Welfare Officer.
