A message from Club President Alan Eyres ...
"Best wishes for Christmas to you and an enjoyable and fruitful year in 2012. I also wish to thank the Committee for all your efforts in 2011 which I believe has been a year of impressive achievements. Not only do we now have our magnificent new clubhouse to add to our excellent playing facilities but you were successful in investing an amazing sum of money in other improvements including the new scorebox and ground maintenance equipment.
I am encouraged by the plans being discussed for more improvements, particularly to make our second ground a more attractive place to play cricket. It is important to our club to continue to attract local cricketers, not only those who can challenge for places in our first and second teams but also those whose best playing days may be in the past but wish to continue enjoying playing and are happy to do so at third or fourth team levels. I wish you success with your plans in 2012.
At the start of a new era, OUR club can be the best in Wiltshire – and probably well beyond!"
