South Wilts bounced back from the previous week's mauling by Burridge to beat Lymington by six wickets and so remain sixth in the ECB Southern Premier League.
They were thrashed by 184 runs by Burridge, but to South Wilts' good fortune Lymington were not in the same class as the defending champions and surrendered meekly after being bowled out for 133.
Left-armer Tom Grant, with a 6-40 return, and Harry Broderick, who top scored with 57, took the individual credits for South Wilts.
Australian seamer Ryan Freeman (2-36) struck the first two blows for South Wilts before Jovan Dhariwal (25) and Mo Abbas (43) gave the Lymington innings a bit of substance.
It was no great surprise Lymington subsided after reaching 120-5. They were considerably weakened by the absence of several key players, among them former county all-rounder Gareth Berg, who was helping Italy achieve success in the European ICC T20 World Cup qualifiers in Rome.
Lymington's last five wickets fell for 13 runs, Grant gobbling up most of them. None of the last four batsmen scored a run as Ed Freeman was left high and dry on 24 not out.
Adelaide left-armer Liam Thompson (2-43) removed South Wilts openers James Degg and Tom Cheater but Harry Broderick's enterprising approach soon got the scoreboard going. Broderick, who drives from his North Hampshire home in Fleet to play for South Wilts and National Counties cricket for Wiltshire, hoisted two sixes and hit ten fours in an enterprising 57 scored off 38 balls.
By the time he became the first of two victims for West Indian Alvin Cameron (2-32), Broderick had effectively won the game, leaving Ben Draper (31 not out) and Archie Fairfax-Ross to complete the six-wicket victory formalities. Fairfax-Ross hit a big six to end proceedings.
